The Makeup Chest uses Australia Post to deliver their products this service is registered allowing your order to be tracked. (Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your ordered is posted).

Flat Rate shipping of $8.00 on all orders under $70.

All orders over $70 dollars have free standard shipping.

 

Express Shipping cost is $25.00 on all orders.

When the product is opened unused or tested and not faulty a refund cannot be given. We will happily exchange for incorrectly supplied product if it has not been opened, and is undamaged and in original packaging and condition. Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind or on sale items.
